15 years experience with reputable main contractors. Recently redundant after 5 years with a large regional main contractor. Experience in Design Management on projects up to £20 million. Good knowledge of the education sector. Salary £37k+

Herts/Beds/London

9 years experience in tender and contract planning with leading contractors in the London area. Projects from £5-50 million in the residential, commercial, health and retail sectors including D&B new build, structural refurbishment. Familiar with most planning and document control software.
