Cameron Brook - Managing Director
Cameron started in Construction with his father's building Company in Yorkshire and then underwent a Management Training Programme with Bovis Construction including working in France on a major M&S development.
He moved into International recruitment in the late 70's providing staff to the Middle East, Africa, Far East and then established CBA in 1985. Originally based in Hampstead the business moved to Cambs in 1998.
In addition to being a hands on recruiter Cameron promotes the creative style that makes CBA stand out from the crowd. His pastimes include cycling, sailing, skiing and "messing about on the river "
Bruce Tucker - Associate
From an early career in the Navy Bruce moved into sales with Green Shield followed by 20 years with a large industrial business where he became Group Training and Developement Manager for about 1500 employees.
Bruce joined CBA in 1998 and has been involved in developing relationships with many leading Companies and hundreds of construction professionals. His wealth of experience makes him a great sounding board for all levels of staff.
Still a keen boater (from 32ft to 110,000 tonnes) Bruce now enjoys travel and spending time with his 3 grandchildren.
Robert Green - Key Account Manager
Having sold his office supplies business in early 2007, Robert joined CBA to take on a new challenge and take on the role of Key Account Manager for a major CBA client involved in the Social Housing sector.
A very industrious and methodical consultant Robert has established a great network of candidates and is taking his Certificate in Recruitment practice exam this summer.
When he's not working, Robert enjoys most sports and spending time with his young daughter. He's also a knowledge sponge with an interest in tall buildings.
Nick Skipworth - Key Account Manager
Nick started his career in Sales working for several large publishers until he entered recruitment with one of the major Construction agencies in 2003. He initially developed and ran temp desks servicing main contractors and housebuilders in the Anglia region and also spent one year in Australia with another major agency until returning to the UK last year.
Nick now manages several Key Accounts recruiting senior staff into permanent roles with National and Regional businesses.
A bit of a car buff, Nick will be attending Le Mans this year and also spends a lot of his leisure time flying giant kites and riding his moutain bike.
Oliver Brook - Key Account Manager
Oliver initially trained with leading Agencies in the financial sector in Cambridge and London and is now following in his MD father's footsteps at CBA.
With over 4 years experience Oliver has achieved MREC Certificate in Recruitment Practice and is Key Account Manager for several leading construction Companies including PSL's with top 10 Contractors.
Extremely determined and highly driven, Oliver is frequently top biller and always gives his clients and candidates a great service.
Away from work he is a frequent gym-goer, enjoys watching and playing football. He is a past UK Championship Wakeboard Rookie No2.
Janet Brook - Company Secretary
Keeping it in the family, Janet manages the office administration and keeps everyone in check, and cheques!
An occasional cyclist and crew member she keeps the Brook clan fed and watered and likes travel, good food and a romantic novel.
Tina Watson - Administrator
Tina first joined CBA in 2000 and recently returned on a part time basis having started a family. She has in depth knowledge of all systems and is a great asset to the business.
Her spare time is taken up with her little girl and sporty partner.
